How soon can you see my client and submit the report?

The plaintiff is typically assessed within 2 weeks of your acceptance of  terms

The report is typically with you within 4 weeks of assessment date1

N.B. These turnaround times apply to both local and out-of-base assessments.

 

Where can you see the plaintiff?

Anywhere in the Channel Islands, UK and Abroad and at the client's home 2

 

Can you work within the limits set by Court or the Legal Aid Vote?

I am typically able to work within Legal Aid Vote (or equivalent) limits, when required.

The level of service

Dr Agostinis, founder of CTT International, personally provides all the medicolegal expertise offered at CTT International taking great pride in the provision of an expeditious  service without compromising on impeccable standards of work.

 

Credentials

Doctoral training level,  Registered  with the UK Health Professions Council (HPC ) and a current Certificate of Registration (Reg. n. 1962) with the Public Health Department, States of Jersey.

Chartered with and also featurinig on the Expert Witness Directory of the British Psychological Society (BPS)

Associate Fellowship with the Society.

The only Chartered Clinical Psychologist in the Channel Islands with expertise in chronic pain syndromes (persistent pain states with associated psychological pathology) and employed full time within a Pain Service offering an evidence-based Pain Management Programme. 

The above in addition to most psychologist's core clinical skills on general mental health difficulties.
